Promoter of the master plan Aldea Zama in Tulum, a planned residential community operating since 2010 with multiple sections of multi-family, mixed, and commercial lots. Aldea Zama is one of the most significant residential communities in Tulum and hosts numerous third-party sub-developments (Luum Zama, KUUKUM, Town Center, etc.).
